The March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom in 1963 was to become one of the most important moments in contemporary history. It was when one of the world's greatest leaders spoke, carrying the hopes and dreams of millions of disenfranchised American People. This documentary recounts the events when 250,000 people came together to form the largest demonstration the young American democracy had ever seen.
