I haven't seen this movie but I have read the book and it is really good.I hope the movie is as good as it looks!!!!
This movie is about a girl named Beatrice (she dubs herself Tris later). All her life she has lived in Abnegation (the selflessness faction) with her brother and parents. But when she turns sixteen and it comes time for her to choose a new faction, she must take an aptitude test to find out just which faction she belongs to. However, her aptitude test results were inconclusive, which means that she's Divergent. Divergence threatens the system, and if people find out Beatrice would be in big trouble. That is why she has to hide her divergence. She picks Dauntless (the bravery faction) and makes lots of friends there. However the Erudite (smarts faction) is using the Dauntless to make an attack on Abnegation. They inject transmitters into everyone in Daunltess, which makes them act on coerced orders. However the Divergent can resist this. Tris and her friend Tobias can resist this. They launch an attack on the evil leaders of Daunltess and Erudite and stop the coerced war. This movie is 5-star, and you should read the book too, it is very action-filled and you wont want to stop (watching OR reading) :)- It's called *serum and Tobias is not Divergent.
Awesome movie! It had most of the book in it! I was actually happy that one of the scenes was taken out because it was violent! But it still was so good!
