Ella Enchanted (2004)
Ella lives in a magical world in which each child, at the moment of their birth, is given a virtuous "gift" from a fairy godmother. Ella's so-called gift, however, is obedience. This birthright proves itself to be quite the curse once Ella finds herself in the hands of several unscrupulous characters whom she quite literally cannot disobey. Determined to gain control of her life and decisions, Ella sets off on a journey to find her fairy godmother who she hopes will lift the curse. The path, however, isn't easy -- Ella must outwit a slew of unpleasant obstacles including ogres, giants, wicked stepsisters, elves and Prince Charmont's evil uncle, who wants to take over the crown and rule the kingdom.

- Reading Rileyabout 7 yearsThis is one of the best movies I've ever seen. Its about a girl named Ella and when she was born she got a curse from a fairy named Lucinda. The curse was to obey ever single command intill one day she got rid of here curse by loving her boy friend in the end they both marry I recommend only 9 years old and up should watch this because there is tons of romance and kissing but I do Have to say that there amazing adventures. I hope you enjoy the Movie.
- The movie was amazing, the characters were funny and really doing their role. The problem is, it does not match the book that much. That's why I gave it a 4/5. But honestly, Anne Hathaway really did a great job playing Ella. The part that really made me give it a 4/5 was when Ella tried to stab Char in the heart. That part did not make any sense and also did not match the book greatly. I loved Hattie's face when Ella took her necklace back from Hattie. That part matched the book and was also very funny. Ella also did not go in prison. I would LOVE to give this movie a 5/5, but it just didn't match the book that much so I gave it a 4/5. Still, it's a great movie!
- Not all movies match books!!!! But still, I agree with you.

- The book is good, and so's the movie! This book really was magical, a tale about a girl who had to obey everything anyone said. It was her curse and eve n if you told her to chop her head off, she would HAVE to do it.
- yes! love it #Anna Hathway
