Leo is a successful author who is experiencing a tough writer's block. Feeling the pressure to finish the new installment of his popular series of books, Leo swaps homes with his best friend, Ellie, for a period of time. During his stay at Ellie's place, Leo ends up meeting Matt, who helps him get out of his own way when it comes to writing something new and inspiring. Leo and Matt's newfound friendships turn into something far more meaningful, just as Ellie is experiencing a similar situation with Sam.

Ellie and Leo, who have been best friends since forever, find themselves at crossroads in their lives. Ellie is a talented concert pianist who gave up her dreams long ago to chase an unsuccessful career in event planning. Leo, a skilled author of best-selling series "Parkington Manor", is struggling to find inspiration for his next installment of his series. So, when Ellie gets fired from her job, an idea strikes her: What if her and Leo switched homes for a couple of weeks? Eagar for the change of scenery, the two agree to switch, leaving Leo in Ellie's city house and Ellie high in the mountains at Leo's cozy cabin. The switcharoo brings unexpected opportunities and romance. Leo begins to fall for a chef named Matt, who dreams of starting his own restaurant and Ellie and Sam, a tour guide, begin to spark something a little deeper than friendship...love. I actually thought this movie was pretty good. It's a story about friendship, self-discovery, and finding love where you least expect it. It was playful, humorous, and just happy! Although I would probably change a few things about this movie, I found this Hallmark very inspiring and extremely entertaining. This movie is a powerful testament to the importance of following your passion, no matter what obstacles you may face. It's a reminder that we all have unique talents and gifts to offer, and that we should never give up on our dreams. Happy watching!
