- this book is awesome and u would love it. it has alot of fighting and action . percy, annabeth , and grover try to save olympus by going on a quest to get "THE" lightning bolt back. luke planted the lightning bolt in percy's backpack.so read the book and watch the movie
- mistylupinover 11 yearsi really want to see it! looks good!!!
- i like the movie, but compared to the book it dims in comparison. the movie was pretty good but i wish they didn't change so much. i know it was adapted to be a little better, but it would've been WAY BETTER if they kept it the same. still, all Percy Jackson fans should watch it
- This movie is good, but the plot isn't the same as it was in the book. For instance Percy and his friends have to collect the pearls that Poseidon gave them in the movie. Also in the book Percy doesn't know that Poseidon is his father at first, but in the movie, he is told this as soon as he got to Camp Half-Blood.
- pipermc11over 11 yearsThis was a great movie, and I think that they did a good job adapting it to the book, but the book? Always better than the movie!!

- love this movie!
- I love this movie, even if it goes way off from the book. I hope the next one will be better.
- That was a GREAT movie t got me inspired to read the book! It was so so good the actors/actresses were amazing, the sets looked so cool along with the FX it was in one word...AWESOME!
- aj3614over 11 yearsI don't know how anyone who hasn't read the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series feels, but comparing it to the books, I think this movie was awful. It's like the directer didn't like the plot, so he came up with an entirely different one! I think that if you believe you have to change something this much to get people to like it, then you shouldn't make it into a movie! (Don't get me wrong -- it was an awesome book, but the movie is just WAY different)
