It is about a boy name Bruno that was force to move because of his dad's work,he didn't want to but he has no choice. They move to a place that has nearly no people, the only people was the people in the concentration camp, when Bruno first saw the camp from his (new) bedroom window he don't know what it is so his mom kind of find out that Bruno knows about the camp,so she make sure that noun of her child has saw or get near the camp, then he saw a boy. If you love sad movies, then this is the one for you. If you read the book, then you most likely know what this movie is gonna be about. if not, then it is about a boy who has to move to another school (by the way, this takes place when the Nazi party started) because of the orders from his father's work. They move, but the thing is... They are near one of them concentration camps that the jews went to once they were captured. The mother wanted to stay far away from them, since she wanted to protect her son and her other children. I don't know where you could find this movie, but I only know about this movie because I watched it at school. I am not being a spoiler, this is just the beginning of what happens in the movie, basically the main idea. There is so much more to this movie, promise me.

A great movie version of the novel, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas contrasts the horror of the Holocaust with the innocence of youth.
