This is a really good movie. It's really one of those very rare times when the movie is so much better than the book. My school class is reading this book and the cover looks really different from the movie. Hope you enjoy! :D

This is one of those rare occasions where the movie is better than the book. Now, don't get me wrong, the book was good, however, I felt that the movie was so much better. I felt that you could connect with the characters from the movie so much more than you could in the book. For example, in the movie, you could see Jonas's view on things, where in the book, you couldn't really. Also, I felt that the added elements to the movie, such as the ride down the hill with Fiona, the fight with Asher, and the scene where Jonas breaks in and takes Gabe, so that they won't release him. I think that these scenes really show Jonas's emotions, and demonstrate how much he has really learned with The Giver. I loved this film, I felt that the viewer could really be moved by the motion picture. This movie is a must watch for any fan of the book, or just movie fans in general!
