The evil wizard Gargamel creates a couple of mischievous Smurf-like creatures called the Naughties that he hopes will let him harness the all-powerful, magical Smurf-essence. So The Smurfs 2 is about when the smurfs have a suprise party for Smurfette but she thinks that they forgot about her birthday. But meanwhile Gargamel created two new smurfs for this master plan, Vexy and Hakcus. So they kidnapped her to covince her to give him the secret fomula that Gargamel used to make her a blue smurf.
