Out of my mind is a good book because it is about a girl named Melody who goes through rough times.As you read this book you will understand Melody has to spend her life in a wheelchair because she cannot walk or do anything. Her friends at school don't understand what she says, so she gets frustrated sometimes. Melody has to have someone be by her side all of the time because she can't walk talk or do anything. This book is a good book because Melody goes through rough times and you learn about the rough times in the story. But she never complains about her life. She is a confident girl who has a great personality. Melody has friends just like all of us. The only difference about her life is ,she can't walk ,talk or really do anything. I like this book because it tells about a girl who is not perfect and has a different life than us. It shows that life is mot perfect and be thankful for the life you have because some people in this world are going through rough times. I think it is a great book for everyone.
