Daylight Saving Time Begins This Weekend!

I think it would be a good and bad idea. It would be a good idea because if moved the time ahead you would get tireder and go to bed earlier and get more sleep. It would also be a bad idea because if you moved back you would still be tireder, but you would have to wake up earlier.
